The psychology department is one of the main components of the UFR Human Sciences, by the number of both students and teaching staff.

Academic details Courses offered

A full curriculum is offered (from L1 to doctorate). It covers all aspects of psychology (Clinical and Pathological psychology, Social psychology, Development, health, and occupational psychology, Psychogerontology).

Each branch offers an initial specialisation (in Master 1), leading to a professional (Professional master 2) or research (Research master 2) master's degree in the corresponding section of the psychology laboratory.

The department also houses the Educational Psychologist Training Centre.

Research aspects

Research

The department's research activities are concentrated in a single
psychology laboratory: "Health and quality of life".

It has two sections: EA-3662 (Psychology laboratory) and I-2358 (Clinical and pathological psychology laboratory).

Partnerships

Partnerships

Many partnerships operate on the basis of bilateral exchanges in the context of the ERASMUS and CREPUQ programmes, as well as agreements with various establishments (e.g. l'Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature - National Magistrates College).
